Ingredients

  • 3 cups kale
  • 2 cups Italian parsley
  • 2 cups basil
  • 6 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup organic olive oil
  • 3 TBSP water

Instructions

  1. Find your food processor and add the following ingredients: kale, Italian parsley, basil, garlic and sea salt. Blend on high for a few seconds.
  2. Then start adding olive oil and water a little at a time until you reach desired consistency. Taste and add more salt if you like.
  3. Storage Options -Pour into the best glass jar you have and store in the fridge for about 3 days. -Pour the best kale pesto into ice cube molds and store in the freezer for about 6 weeks.
