Add 3 cups coconut to the food processor and begin processing.
After 3 minutes you will see the coconut will start to form into clumps.
Add 2 tsp coconut oil and keep processing.
You will need to stop the machine and scrape down the sides. (see the picture)
Let processor work its magic until amazing coconut turns into white liquid magic called COCONUT BUTTER.
It can take from 9 to 15 minutes, depends how powerful your processor is.
Pour into small jars.
Store sealed in a jar at room temperature for about 2 weeks.
The coconut butter will harden and to use just heat it up in the microwave or stand the jar in a bowl of hot water to melt.
