Nutella hot chocolate bombs-The best chocolate drink made in your kitchen.

Using a double boiler method melt the chocolate chips or your favorite, very expensive dark chocolate.
If you don't know what is the double boiler method let me explain.
You will need two pots. (top and bottom)
Fill the bottom pot with water. (2 inches or 5 cm).
Place the second bowl over the bottom pot.
Add the chocolate chips.
Heat over medium heat and stir until chocolate is melted.
Remove pot from the stove.
For your next step you will need silicone mold. (be sure it is cleaned).
Add 1 TBSP of melted chocolate into each cavity of the mold.
Use a back of the spoon or pastry brush to push the melted chocolate around the molds.
Transfer to the freezer for half hour or until set.
Remove from freezer and gently press it out of the molds.
Your next step is the most amazing one.
Add 1 tsp cocoa, marshmallows and 1 TBSP Nutella into 3 chocolate cavities.
Then use Nutella to connect 2 cavities into one hot chocolate bomb. (place a Nutella into a plate)
Option: Also you can use melted chocolate to seal the edges.
Transfer back to the freezer.
Decorate with white chocolate, cocoa. Transfer back to the freezer until set.
How to use and enjoy the hot chocolate bombs?
Heat milk and heavy cream until almost boiled.
Place one bomb into your favorite cup.
Pour the hot milk mixture over the bomb.
Enjoy the moment as the chocolate is melting with cocoa and marshmallows are out of chocolate jail.
Find your best spoon and stir to the perfection.
