Preheat oven to 350 F.
Be sure you have in the freezer homemade pie crust (or use store-bought)
Using a mixing bowl add: brown sugar, white sugar, oats and salt. Stir using a metal spoon.
Then add milk, beaten eggs, butter and vanilla extract.
Mix until incorporated.
Pour the mixture into prepared pie shell
Place in oven and bake for about 50 to 55 minutes or until pie is baked.
Cool it.
Serve with your favorite ice cream or whipped cream. Decorate with shaved chocolate.
