Wash and peel potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick fries or to your preferred thicknes.
Dry the potatoes in a clean dish towel.
Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Use your hand in order to be sure the potatoes are well coated.
Place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes or until done.
Serve with mayonnaise, ketchup or your favorite sauce.
