Peel potatoes and carrots. Cook in water with pinch of salt.
When water boils cook until potatoes and carrot are barely fork tender.
Drain, cool and dice. (or cut into your favorite shapes)
Separately cook peas. Drain.
So, at this moment you have diced potatoes, carrots and cooked peas.
Using a large bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Mix all ingredients using a metal spoon.
Your next step is to add the diced carrots, potatoes and peas.
Stir all ingredients and then add diced pickles.

Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Serve: I like to eat this salad with 2 boiled eggs as the breakfast or office lunch.
