Raspberry Summer Lindt Dessert

One of my favorite summer desserts is no bake and refreshing recipe called

Raspberry Summer Lindt Dessert.

You don't need oven and you don't need the stove. Just six ingredients and you will have it. The best summer dessert made in your kitchen. With fresh raspberries and Lindt Dark Raspberry Chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream (33% or 35%)
  • 1 1/3 cups raspberries
  • 2 pouch Dr. Oetker Whip It
  • Raspberry Lind Chocolate (100 gr), finely chopped
  • 1 package of lady fingers
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite juice (cranberries, raspberries, orange...)

Instructions

    Line 9 by 5 pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap. (see the picture below). Set aside.

    Beat cream and Whip it in a bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

    Divide in 2 equal parts.

    Add chopped Lindt Raspberry chocolate to one half.

    Now you have 1 cup of plain whipped cream and 1 cup of whipped cream with raspberry chocolate.

    Pour cranberry juice into the deep plate.

    Assemble of the cake

    Dip the lady fingers into the juice long enough to get them wet but do not soak them.

    Arrange the lady fingers in the bottom of the pan. (some of the lady fingers you will need to trim in order to fit into the pan)

    Add half of plain whipped cream over the lady fingers.

    Top with fresh raspberries and push them into the filling (as much as you can or like)

    Add another layer of lady fingers. (same rules as for the first layer. Dip them into cranberry juice)

    Then add half of the heavy cream with raspberry chocolate .

    Top with fresh raspberries and decorate with chocolate. (if you wish)

    Cover and transfer to the fridge for 6 hours or overnight.
