Peanut butter chocolate torte
If you can't control your peanut butter, you can always control this recipe. Just follow directions and you will be in peanut butter heaven.
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups smooth butter
  • 1¼ cup salted peanuts (roughly crushed)
  • ½ cup graham crumbs
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  1. Directions:
  2. Prepare round springform pan (8 inch) and spray with baking spray.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and ½ cup peanut butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
  4. Divide in half. Pour one half into springform pan. Freeze for 15 min.
  5. Take 1 and ½ cup peanut butter and ¾ cup unsalted butter and place over double boiler.
  6. Stir until is melted.
  7. Remove from heat and add graham crumbs, peanuts and icing sugar.
  8. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
  9. Pour peanut butter mixture over frozen chocolate layer.
  10. Return to freezer for 15 min.
  11. Take melted chocolate (the second half) and pour over peanut butter layer.
  12. Return pan to freezer and leave for a few hours or overnight.
  13. Optional: Decorate with chocolate, whip cream, peanut butter, peanuts....
