How to make S’Mores Crepes or Dessert Crepes

Ingredients

1 cup flour

2 eggs

1 cup water

1 cup milk

1/8 tsp salt

Crepe filling

Marshmallows (1 bag)

chocolate, melted (10 oz)

graham crumbs (use as much as you like)

Optional: Nutella

Instructions

Using a kitchen-aid mixer mix all ingredients: flour, milk, water, 2 eggs and 1/8 tsp salt together.

You can use blender if you want to.

Be sure that all ingredients are mixed well.

Yes, it is that simple.

IMPORTANT: BE SURE BATTER IS LUMP-FREE.

Refrigerate.

You can refrigerate batter if you want for up to 3 days.

Next step is to heat and grease the pan. ( I used very small one, 5 inches.)

Grease the pan using 1/2 tsp of oil.

Heat 5 inch pan until hot.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the center of the pan.

Swirl it to spread the batter evenly over the bottom.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the crepe is golden on the bottom.

Flip crepe and cook for another 10 seconds. Remove from pan and place on a plate as you go.

Be sure to cover cooked crepes with aluminum foil to keep them from drying out.

Repeat this process until no more batter remains or if you like just make a few crepes.

Cover the rest of batter with foil and return to the fridge. Make more crepes next day.

It is that easy.

(for one crepe)

For S’Mores Crepes filling I used:

3 large marshmallows per crepe

1 TBSP graham crumbs

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place first crepe on the baking sheet.
