It’s the September 24 of this amazing 2017…and it is my birthday.

Happy Birthday to me (I) ! And to you if it is your birthday!

Since today is the day of the celebration in my house let’s make something special.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen let’s make ….

Cinnamon Cheese Roulade

To make the Cinnamon Cheese Roulade you will need to make two things:

-roll cake

-cheese filling

Like always before we start we need to be sure that we have all ingredients that this cake is asking for!

Shopping List

-CAKE – eggs,sugar,flour,baking powder,cinnamon

-Filling – cheese,whip cream, sugar,vanilla extract

Now, let’s start our baking show!

BAKING SHOW STARTS RIGHT NOW!

3-2-1 READY?

Before you start preheat oven to 350 F. (please)

Line the bottom of an 18×13 baking sheet with parchment paper or Al foil.

Equipment: KitchenAid Mixer, whisk attachment

MAKING CAKE

Ingredients

5 eggs (organic is the best)

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup flour (AP – all purpose)

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

Using the KitchenAid stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment beat 5 eggs on high speed for 1 minute.

After eggs get foamy add 3/4 cup sugar very slowly. (use tablespoon to add sugar, it has to be done gradually).

Beat for about 9 minutes on high speed or until tripled in volume.

In another bowl mix 3/4 cup flour, 2tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp baking powder.

Sift flour mixture into egg batter 1/3 at a time, folding to incorporate between each addition.

Be sure that the flour mixture is incorporate into eggs/sugar batter.

Then transfer mixture into lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.

(Use fork or toothpick to check if cake is done).

While cake is baking prepare 2 large linen or cotton towels.

Wet two towels with cold water and wring it out.

When cake is baked run a thin edged knife around edges of your cake to loosen from the pan.

Invert cake face down onto a wet towel, remove parchment paper, cover with second wet towel.

Let to cool for about 35 to 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the filling.

Filling:

6 oz cheese, room temperature

1 1/4 cup icing sugar

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

In a large bowl mix cheese and sugar.

Add 1 tsp vanilla.

In another bowl whip 1 1/2 cup whip cream.

Fold the whipped cream into cheese/sugar mixture.

Keep it in the fridge until ready for use.

Now, let’s go back to our cake.

Remove the top towel and try to roll the cake.

(If not, wet the top towel again with cold water and cool it for another 10 minutes.)

If you are successful the cake is ready for your cheese filling.

Place the cheese filling by large spoonfuls all over it.

Spread the cheese filling evenly.

Using the bottom towel roll the cake into a log and place into a long serving platter.

Refrigerate the cake until set.

The recipe is – FRENCH TOAST!

OUTSTANDING!

And trust me, hand down the BEST French Toast Recipe ever.

To make this recipe you don’t need to be reach or to have a million dollar view.

All you need is a few ingredients.

-Eggs

-Old French Bread

-salt, milk, oil

And love. LOVE is the most important ingredients for baking and life.

So, let’s start our baking show.

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

1 tsp milk

salt, pepper

4 slices of French bread (the bread must be old,stale)

Prepare: Heat 1 TBSP of oil in a large skillet or pan.

Directions-Visual Intructor

In a medium bowl or deep plate using a fork whisk together 2 eggs and milk.

Important: The plate or bowl needs to be wide enough to place a slice of the French bread

Add salt and pepper to your taste. Mix all ingredients again.

Place each slice of French bread into milk/egg mixture, allowing the bread to soak in.

Shake off the excess and place the bread onto the hot skillet or pan.

Fry until browned on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
