Tiramisu – pick me up, lift me up

tiramisu from the best food blog 5starcookies

It is that time of the year when I need something to pick me up, cheer me up or just lift me up.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen I am talking about the one and only – TIRAMISU!

I or we need to make the tiramisu. Why?

Because it is Italian.(do I need to say more?) Of course, NOT.

But, still I will continue…

The tiramisu is a popular coffee-flavored dessert made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee,

layered with a whipped mixture of mascarpone cheese, whip cream and sugar.

If you are ready as I am…we can start our baking show.
