Homemade Vegan Nutella – Kelly Clarkson please try it

Vegan Nutella Homemade from 5starcookies food blog-Real Nutella and Homemade Version Nutella
Vegan Nutella Homemade from 5starcookies food blog-Real Nutella and Homemade Version Nutella

I am sure your heard the story about Kelly Clarkson. She has been accused of “child abuse” by online commenters

after she posted a video showing her daughter trying Nutella for the first time.

Kelly is a criminal isn’t she?

Can you believe that somebody can write the following comment:

“Giving food like this to a child is child abuse”.

Oh, my God where is this world going? Are we all crazy people?

How can anybody be against Nutella?

How????

As I was trying to calm myself down I started to think like Kim Jong-un?

If I only had a nuclear weapons ….well, let’s not go there.

Calm down Nutella nation, I am not that crazy. I do love Nutella but I value “world peace” the MOST.

And because of that I started to think about all people who don’t like sugar and who count calories like obsession religion.

How can I exist with them? After all “world peace”  or “peace on earth” is an ideal for all of us.

So, I started think like a little rabbit. Let’s make it vegan.

Yes, dear Nutella nation, let’s make the homemade Vegan Nutella.

How it is the same or different  to real Nutella…well, you be the judge.

Now, what do we need? What kind of ingredients we need to buy.

First of all, you will need the king of this post. It is called the HAZELNUT.

Let me repeat ….we need

1.HAZELNUT!

The other ingredients are:

2.Icing Sugar (yes, I know! Have you heard the word “compromise”. We all need to do that.

Never mind which group you belong to)

3.Cocoa Powder

4.Coconut Oil

5.Almond Milk

Vegan Nutella Homemade from 5starcookies food blog-Almond Milk

6.Vanilla Extract

Now, if you are ready as I am let’s start our cooking show.

ACTION MODE

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cup hazelnuts

1 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup cocoa powder

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup almond milk

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Spread 1 and 1/2 cup hazelnuts, in a single layer, evenly over a baking tray.

Bake for 10 min.

Let the hazelnuts cool for 5 to 7 minutes. because you will need to touch them.

Place the hazelnuts in a clean tea towel and gently rub together. The skin will be removed.

If you have some little, stubborn skin that does not want to cooperate use a small knife to show them who is the boss.

But remember, be gently. Try not to heart yourself or stubborn hazelnuts.

Now, if you have hazelnuts ready the rest of the recipe is really a piece of cake.

Find your most powerful man called the food processor or blender.

Add all your hazelnuts into blender, add 1 cup icing sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract and almond milk.

Blend until smooth.

Find your prettiest jar because that will be a home for our homemade Nutella.

Pour the vegan Nutella spread into a air-tight container.

Keep it in the fridge.

Enjoy!
