Easy and fast breakfast for your family.
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ------------------------------------------------------
  • Filling:
  • Nutella
  • Melted chocolate
  • Walnuts
  • Jam (your choice)
  1. Instructions
  2. Using a kitchen-aid mixer mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 cup water, 2 eggs and ⅛ tsp salt together.
  3. You can use blender if you want to.
  4. Be sure that all ingredients are mixed well.
  5. IMPORTANT! Mix until the batter is smooth.
  6. You can refrigerate batter if you want for up to 3 days.
  7. (I never do).
  8. Next step is to heat and grease the pan. ( I used very small one, 5 inches.)
  9. Grease the pan using ½ tsp of oil.
  10. Heat 5 inch pan until hot.
  11. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the center of the pan.
  12. Swirl it to spread the batter evenly over the bottom.
  13. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the crepe is golden on the bottom.
  14. Flip the crepe. Carefully work the knife underneath it to flip.
  15. Cook the second side for about ½ minute or until golden.
  16. Slide the finished crepe onto a plate.
  17. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  18. Assemble Crepes Line
  19. Place one crepe on a plate and fill with Nutella.
  20. Fold the crepe into quarters and top with additional toppings if desired.
  21. Serve immediately.
