Instructions

    I love your blog…and I want to lose weight (about 15 lbs).
    Your recipes are very simple and easy. Your pictures are A+++…
    I made a few recipes from your blog.My favorite is chocolate puffed bars.
    I do want to point one thing regarding your blog. Your recipes are for smaller amount or as my dietician would say “portion control”…I made your cream puffs and I only got 10 from your recipe…which is more than enough if you are on DIE-T.
    So,now I want to make this pink smoothie. Where do you buy almond butter…sorry, I never used it.
    Do I need to buy organic?
