Honey and Cinnamon - Lose Weight

Ingredients
  • 1TBSP honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup boiled H2O or water
Instructions
  1. Add 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon in a mug.
  2. Boil 1 cup water. Pour H2O over the cinnamon.
  3. Steep for 20 min to 25 min.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of organic raw honey.
  5. (DO NOT ADD HONEY TO BOILED OR VERY HOT WATER BECAUSE IT WILL DESTROY ENZYMES IN RAW HONEY)
  6. Drink this ½ hour before breakfast on an empty stomach.
